I have been a baking fool today. Four loaves of Challah down and more stuff planned for this afternoon and tomorrow.  I used my tried and true bread recipe and just adapted it by adding a little more sugar, braiding the bread, dusting it with sugar and not putting it in loaf pans.  I only wish I would have left more space on the cookie sheets so they are not touching each other.
